Ingredients:

• 2 cubes or 50 g – Soya tofu, grated
• 25 g – Gram flour
• 2 tsp – White flour
• 40 g – Sugar
• 3 – Walnuts- powdered
• 1/2 tsp – Sweet Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Ghee / Soya Oil

Method:

  1. Dry roast the gram flour in a thick bottom pan in ghee or soya oil.
  2. Now mix this with the grated tofu in a glass bowl.
  3. Grind this with the remaining ingredients in a blender.
  4. Grease a plate with some ghee and spread the mixture on it.
  5. Flatten the mixture and cut into burfis.
