Ingredients:
• 1 raw Plantain (Medium cut into 1/4 roundels).
• Ginger.
• 1 tsp – Green chilli paste.
• 1/4 tsp – ajwain.
• 1/8 tsp – baking soda.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped).
• 1tbsp – salt.
• 1 raw Plantain (Medium cut into 1/4 roundels).

• 1tbsp – salt.
Method:
- Prepare batter with the above ingredients (Except plantain slices and oil), into a medium-thick batter.
- Drain out all water from the plantain slices, dip each slice in batter and deep fry till light golden in colour (under medium heat).
- Serve as evening snack along with hot tea.
