Ingredients:

• Poha – 2 – 3 cups.
• Boiled Potato – 1 to 2.
• Onion – 1.
• Fresh coriander – a few leaves.
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Lemon juice – 4 drops.
• green chilli- 1.
• oil.
• Salt.

Method:

  1. Wash the poha thoroughly and take in a bowl.
  2. Add boiled and mashed potato, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice to it.
  3. Mix everything together and make small balls out of it.
  4. Shallow fry them on medium heat.
  5. Serve it hot.
