Ingredients:
• 3- inch Cantaloupe, cut lengthwise
• Thin Poha – 1 cup
• Powdered Jaggery – 1/2 cup
• (Brown Sugar can be used in place of Jaggery)
• Salt – 1 pinch
• Cardamom – 2 pods.
Method:
- Cut cantaloupe into 1-inch cubes in a large bowl.
- Add poha into the bowl and mash the cantaloupe with your hand until the cantaloupe is completely mashed and the poha is soaked.
- Now add the jaggery and powdered cardamom. Mix well.
