Ingredients:
• 100 g – Poha thick variety
• Maida – 2 tbsp
• Rice flour – 2 tbsp
• 1 big – Onion cut in small piece
• 3 – Green chillies finely cut
• Bunch of Dhania cut finely
• Kadi patta
• Red Chilli powder to taste
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Soak poha for 40 minutes.
- Mix it with all the ingredients.
- Make small balls deep fry.
- Tasty crisp poha pakoras are ready.
- Eat with tomato sauce or chutney.
