Ingredients:

• 100 g – Poha thick variety
• Maida – 2 tbsp
• Rice flour – 2 tbsp
• 1 big – Onion cut in small piece
• 3 – Green chillies finely cut
• Bunch of Dhania cut finely
• Kadi patta
• Red Chilli powder to taste
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Soak poha for 40 minutes.
  2. Mix it with all the ingredients.
  3. Make small balls deep fry.
  4. Tasty crisp poha pakoras are ready.
  5. Eat with tomato sauce or chutney.
