Ingredients:

• 1.5 pounds – boneless, skinless Chicken thighs, cut into strips .
• 1 tbsp – Worcestershire sauce .
• 1 tbsp – cider Vinegar .
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce .
• 1 tsp – chilli powder .
• 1 Clove – garlic, minced .
• 1 dash – hot pepper sauce .
• 1 tbsp – vegetable oil .
• 1 – onion, thinly sliced .
• 1 – green bell pepper, sliced .
• 1/2 – lemon, juiced .

Method:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, chilli powder, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Place chicken in sauce, and turn once to coat. Marinate for 30 mins at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate for several hours.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken strips to the pan, and saute for 5 mins.
  4. Add the onion and green pepper, and saute another 3 mins. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
