Ingredients:

• 6 – medium green chillies.
• 1/2 cup – Coconut milk.
• 3 tbsp – cooking oil.
• 3 flakes – garlic.
• 1 inch – ginger.
• 2 – small onions.
• 1 – pomfret.
• 1 tsp – salt.
• 1 – medium tomato.

Method:

  1. Cut the fish into small pieces.
  2. Marinate the fish with salt and keep aside for 20 mins.
  3. Heat oil and fry the onions till golden brown.
  4. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and stir for a minute.
  5. Add tomatoes and simmer for 2 mins.
  6. Add the ground paste and simmer for a minute.
  7. Add little water and let it boil for 2 mins.
  8. Add coconut milk and after it starts boiling, add the marinated fish pieces and cook till done.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
