Ingredients:
• Potatoes – 1/4 kg.
• Green chillies – 2.
• Ginger – 1 small piece.
• Grated Coconut – 1 tbsp.
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp.
• Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp.
• Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp.
• oil – 2 tbsp.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Boil potatoes, remove skin and mash.
- Grind green chillies, ginger and grated coconut.
- Heat a tsp of oil in a pan, add mustard and urad dal and roast lightly.
- Add ground paste, mashed potatoes and salt.
- Cook for 5 mins.
- Serve hot with rotis.
