Ingredients:

• 250 g – peas
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Boil the peas and mash it into a thick paste.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds.
  3. When the seeds start spluttering, add chopped onions.
  4. When onions are done, add the tomato puree, salt and all the spices except garam masala.
  5. When the masala starts bubbling, add potatoes and crushed peas.
  6. Cover and cook on low fire.
  7. When done, add the garam masala and coriander leaves, mix and serve.
