Ingredients:

• 2 cups – boiled Potato (cut into small cubes).
• 1 cup – Paneer cubes.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
• Salt to taste.
• oil to fry.

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai. Add the potato and stir fry till golden brown.
  2. Add the pepper powder and salt.
  3. Now add the paneer cubes and saute for another 1 minute.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
