Ingredients:

• Baby Potatoes – 500 gm.
• Garlic – 8 cloves.
• Galangal – 2 inch piece.
• pepper – 15.
• oil – 1 tsp.
• Salt to taste|

Method:

  1. Pressure cook, potatoes for 2 whistles.
  2. Peel and keep aside.
  3. In a wok warm the oil and add cubed garlic and galangal, saute on low heat for 2 mins.
  4. Add cooked potatoes and salt.
  5. When potatoes have become slightly brown, add ground pepper and saute on medium heat for 2 mins.
  6. Serve hot.
