Ingredients:
• 4 – potatoes.
• 2 – eggs.
• 1/4 cup – milk.
• Salt as per taste.
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder.
• 1/8 tsp – dried basil.
Method:
- Peel, wash and shred the potatoes.
- Beat rest of the ingredients except potatoes.
- Whip all the ingredients.
- Pour in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees C till the crust is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
