Ingredients:
• 2 Potatoes (cooked )
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 3/4 cup – roasted rava
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 cup – yogurt
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Grind potatoes, rice flour with yogurt in a blender, now add the roasted rava, cumin seeds and chopped coriander leaves with enough water and keep aside for half an hour.
- Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of pancake batter and drizzle few drops of oil and cook until the both sides get well cooked.
- Serve hot with any side dish.
