Ingredients:

• Potatoes – 4 or 5 boiled, peeled and cut into cubes.
• Tomatoes – 3 or 4.
• Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp.
• Tamarind – Lemon size.
• Red Chillies – according to your taste.
• Salt to taste.
• Coconut – 1/4 cup.

Method:

  1. Grind coconut, fenugreek seeds, red chillies tamarind.
  2. Add diced tomatoes to the above masala. Add boiled potatoes to the masala and boil.
  3. Enjoy with rice or chapatti.
