Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Prawns
• 1/4 kg – beans, chopped long
• Turmeric powder
• Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 – onion, chopped long
Method:
- Clean the prawns and marinate it with salt and turmeric for an hour.
- Cook the beans and prawns in a container.
- When done, in a shallow vessel add some oil and saute onion.
- Add the cooked beans and prawns to it with salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Cook for another 5 mins.
- Serve with rice or rotis.
