Ingredients:
• Shell Pasta
• Extra Garlic for 4 people
• 1 – small Onion
• 2 – Garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 350 g – peeled, uncooked Prawns
• 225 g – canned Tuna in oil or brine, drained
• 1/2 tsp – cayenne pepper
• 2 tbsp – Cream
• Grated Lemon rind
• Parsley for garnishing
Method:
- Chop the onion and fry for 1 minute in one tbsp olive oil.
- Stir in the garlic and fry for a further minute.
- Add the prawns and fry for 2-3 minutes, until cooked.
- Add the cayenne pepper, extra garlic, cream and tuna.
- Mix and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and serve with the sauce.
- Garnish with grated lemon rind and chopped parsley.
