Prawns Cauliflower In Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

• 250 g – Cauliflower
• 20 – Prawns, medium
• 3 – Onions, chopped
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 – Green chillies, deseeded
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala Powder
• 4 cups – Coconut Milk
• 4 tsp – Oil
• Salt to taste
• Green Coriander for garnish.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a flat pan. Add chopped onion and saute till translucent.
  2. Next, add tomatoes and saute.
  3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger- garlic paste and cook till oil separates.
  4. Add cauliflower, saute a bit. Add prawns and salt. Stir well.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook till prawns are half cooked.
  6. Add coconut milk and garam masala powder and green chillies.
  7. Cook till gravy thickens. Garnish with green coriander.
  8. Serve with boiled rice or rotis.
