Ingredients:

• 12 – Prawns (king size)
• 1 – Spring onion
• 1 small piece – Ginger
• Stock as desired
• 50 gms – Cornflour
• 100 gms – Tomato sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 6 – Cloves Garlic
• Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. Shell and de-vein the prawns. Wash well.
  2. Heat oil for deep frying.
  3. Add prawns and remove after a minute.
  4. Heat a little oil in a pan.
  5. Add finely crushed garlic and ginger and then add prawns and sauté for a minute.
  6. Add seasoning, tomato sauce and stock.
  7. Add diced spring onions and cornflour blended in a little cold water, cook till gravy thickens.
  8. Remove and serve hot.
