Ingredients:
• 90 ml – Sante Chenin Blanc Wine
• 30 ml – Gin
• 30 ml – Peach Schnapps
• Lemon Juice
• Syrup
Method:
- To make simple syrup, mix equal parts of hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a glass.
