Ingredients:

• 1 – small banana.
• 1 scoop – protein mix.
• 1/2 cup – milk.
• ice cubes.

Method:

  1. Put ice cubes, banana and 1/4 cup milk in the blender. Blend till ice is crushed.
  2. Then add the protein mix, remaining milk and blend again.
  3. The smoothie is ready to serve.
