Ingredients:
• 1 Pudhina bunch.
• 1 kothmir bunch.
• grated Coconut -1.
• 4 – medium tomatoes.
• 5 green chillies.
• tamarind( Nimbu size quantity, ).
• Few flakes – garlic.
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut pudhina, kothmir, tomatoes and green chillies.
- Saute grated coconut, tamarind, garlic, in 4 tsp of oil for about 10 minutes.
- Add all the above ingredients, salt into mixie and grind to paste.
- Serve with rotis, rice, idli, dosa etc.
