Ingredients:

• 2 medium sized bunches pudina
• 4 Green chillies
• small piece Ginger
• 10 Garlic Cloves
• 1.5 medium sized cup – Curd
• 1 Lemon
• 1.5 tsp – Jeera
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash pudina and remove leaves.
  2. In the mixer pot mix together pudina leaves,
  3. Chilli, jeera, salt, a little water, and grind together.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. In a pan, heat the garlic cloves with a little oil till light brown.
  6. Add the garlic in the mixer pot and grind.
  7. Add curd in the bowl and mix again.
  8. Add juice of lemon and sieve through a muslin cloth.
