Ingredients:

• cooked Rice – 4 cup
• Mint leaves – 1 cup
• black pepper Corns – 1/2 tsp
• dry Red Chilli 1
• Green chilli 2
• Ghee or oil – 4 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast pepper corns and red chilli in 1 tsp of oil.
  2. Grind these with mint leaves and green chillies.
  3. Heat Ghee or oil in a Kadai.
  4. Add mustard seeds.
  5. When they splutter, add cumin seeds.
  6. When they splutter, add onion.
  7. When the onion turns light brown, add the mint paste and fry for 1 minute.
  8. Add the rice and salt.
  9. Mix well and remove from fire.
