Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Puffed rice.
• 2 tbsp – Peanuts.
• 1 – Onion.
• 2 – green Chillies.
• 2 – Lime Juice tsp.
• 1 tsp – oil.
• 1 tsp – Gram Dhal.
• 1 tsp – Urad dhal.
• Mustard seeds.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder.
• Coriander and Curry leaves.

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan and season it with mustard seeds, gram and urad dhal.
  2. Saute finely chopped onions and add green chillies and turmeric powder.
  3. After sometime, add the puffed rice and mix well.
  4. Add powdered peanuts, salt and a dash of lime juice.
  5. Finally add finely chopped coriander and curry leaves.
