Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Puffed rice.
• 2 tbsp – Peanuts.
• 1 – Onion.
• 2 – green Chillies.
• 2 – Lime Juice tsp.
• 1 tsp – oil.
• 1 tsp – Gram Dhal.
• 1 tsp – Urad dhal.
• Mustard seeds.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder.
• Coriander and Curry leaves.
Method:
- Pour oil in a pan and season it with mustard seeds, gram and urad dhal.
- Saute finely chopped onions and add green chillies and turmeric powder.
- After sometime, add the puffed rice and mix well.
- Add powdered peanuts, salt and a dash of lime juice.
- Finally add finely chopped coriander and curry leaves.
