Ingredients:
• 1 small – Pumpkin
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 6 tsp – Turmeric
• 6 tsp – Cardamom seeds
• 30 ml – Brown sugar
• 1/4 – cup fresh chopped Ginger
• 30 ml – Ghee
Method:
- Cut the pumpkin into small cubes
- Heat ghee in a heavy pot. Add ginger and fry briefly.
- Add pumpkin, spices and sugar.
- Cover and cook on medium till done.
