Ingredients:

• 1/2 bunch – Palak
• 2 – medium sized russet Potatoes
• 6 to 7 – Red Chillies
• 7 to 8 – Garlic Cloves
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Bake the potatoes nicely in the microwave.
  2. Cut into medium sized pieces and keep aside.
  3. Wash and chop palak. Keep aside.
  4. Peel and cut garlic cloves into halves.
  5. Break the chillies into small pieces.
  6. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add mustard seeds. Let it crackle.
  7. Add garlic. Saute well till light brown.
  8. Add chillies. Saute well again till chillies change colour.
  9. Now add the potatoes and saute till they change co
