Ingredients:
• 2 cans (14oz each) – condensed Milk (sweetend)
• 4 tsp – yogurt
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• elachi powder
• chashew
• Raisins
• Pista
Method:
- Pour 2 cans of condensed milk in a large microwave- proof bowl. Mix the yogurt and the ghee to it.
- Now microwave it for 4 mins (on high). Stir well to avoid lumps.
- Microwave for another 4 mins.
- After 8 mins, take it out for every 2 mins and stir well.
- It will get cooked and thicken to halwa consistency in about 14 to 16 mins depending upon the microwave.
- Add elaichi powder and fried nuts and raisins.Store in an airtight container.
