Ingredients:

• 2 cups – vegetables (hard veggies like green plantain, Chayote Squash, Drumstick are preferred. Potato, Carrots can be used) – cut into long pieces
• 1/2 cup – Tofu
• 1/2 cup – yogurt
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera
• 1 – Green chilli
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Turmeric
• 2 sprigs – kari patta

Method:

  1. Boil the vegetables in water with salt and turmeric.
  2. Grind tofu, yogurt, green chilli and jeera and add it to the boiled vegetables. Heat it for just 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with kari patta.
