• 1 basic ice Cream
• Mango pulp made of two alphonso mangoes
• 1/2 cup – Cream


  1. Take the basic ice-cream, cut it into small pieces. Add cream.
  2. Churn it gently with a hand blender till it is soft and fluffy.
  3. Add the mango pulp and mix well.
  4. Pour the contents into the container, cover with a cling film and close the lid.
  5. Put to set in the freezer.
  6. Serve chilled.
