• 1 basic ice Cream
• Mango pulp made of two alphonso mangoes
• 1/2 cup – Cream
- Take the basic ice-cream, cut it into small pieces. Add cream.
- Churn it gently with a hand blender till it is soft and fluffy.
- Add the mango pulp and mix well.
- Pour the contents into the container, cover with a cling film and close the lid.
- Put to set in the freezer.
- Serve chilled.
