• 1 – fresh Mango
• 5 – Green chillies
• Hing (optional)
• Coconut oil
• Salt to taste


  1. Take a fresh mango, peel off the skin, cut it into small pieces with a knife.
  2. Slice green chillies. Add them to the mango.
  3. Add salt and a little coconut oil.
  4. Leave them to infuse for half a day, then serve.
