Ingredients:
• 8 to 10 – Mutton chops
• 1 small cup – Thick Curd
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2.5 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1.5 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1 – Onion (sliced)
• 2 each – bay leaf, Cinnamon (dalchini), cardamom, Cloves (garam masala contents)
• 1 small cup – Deep fried Cashew nut paste
• 5 tsp – Desi Ghee
• 1/2 cup – Water
• Salt – as per taste
Method:
- Heat desi ghee in a pan.
- Add the garam masala contents.
- When it splutters, add the sliced onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
- Add the mutton chops and stir well.
- In a bowl of curd, add turmeric, chilli, and coriander powder and whisk it.
- Add this to the chops and stir for 3 mins.
- Add the cashew paste and enough water to cover the chops.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook.
- When it is half-cooked, stir once and add salt.
- Serve it hot with rice.
