Ingredients:

• Prawns – 1/2 kg
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp
• Curd – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
• Prawns tikka mix (optional)
• Soya sauce – 1 tsp
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• 1 – small Lemon
• Oil – 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Clean prawns. Add half lemon, salt to it and mix.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and rest of ingredients except corn flour and keep it for a minimum of 10 minutes (if u have time u can keep it for 30 minutes).
  3. Take a bowl and add corn flour.
  4. Coat each prawn well with flour and deep fry till golden brown.
  5. If you have extra masala left you can just fry it in a tsp of oil in a pan and add prawns to it and mix.
  6. Serve hot.
