Ingredients:
• 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 cup – mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Tomato ketchup
• 3 green chillies, chopped finely
• 1 tbsp finely chopped Onion
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
- Shelf life can be 1 week Variations-
- Can add 2 tbsp chopped stuffed olives
- Can add 1/4 cup whipped cream for creamy dressing
- Can add 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Can add 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
- Can add 1/4 tsp crushed garlic and 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- Can also add 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Instead of tomato ketchup can add mild chilli sauce (then omit green chillies)
