Ingredients:

• 1 can – tuna, drained and flaked
• 5 – big Potatoes
• 1/4 cup – chopped Onion
• 2 – hard boiled eggs
• 1 – tomato, chopped finely
• 2 tbsp – chopped Celery
• Mix together for dressing:
• 3 tbsp – salad oil
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 tbsp – mayonnaise
• Salt as per taste
• Pepper powder as per taste
• For Garnish:
• 1 Tomato – sliced
• 2 tbsp – chopped Celery

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water. Cool, peel and cut into thin slices.
  2. Chop hard boiled eggs finely.
  3. Mix together chopped eggs, tomatoes and onion.
  4. Make two equal halves of potato slices, egg-tomato mixture, dressing and tuna.
  5. Layer a salad dish with half of the potato slices.
  6. Top it with half of the flaked tuna and then half of the egg-tomato mixture.
  7. Sprinkle half of the celery.
  8. Pour half of the dressing.
  9. Repeat with the remaining half of the ingredients.
  10. Chill it for 1 hour.
  11. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and celery before serving.
