Ingredients:

• Maggi noodles – 1 pack
• Refined oil – 2 tsp
• Medium Tomato – 1, finely chopped
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Maggi masala – 1 tsp
• Water – 2 cups

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add tomato, salt and stir it.
  2. Cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low flame.
  3. Open the lid after 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Mash the tomato. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala.
  5. Stir it in high flame for a minute.
  6. Now add water, maggi masala and noodles.
  7. Cover the pan and cook on high flame. After 1 minute, cook in medium flame.
  8. Stir the noodles and cook it for 3 minutes.
  9. It is ready to be served
