Ingredients:
• 2 packets – Orange jelly
• 200 gm – fresh Cream
• 1 big cup – vanilla ice-cream
• 8 tbsp – icing Sugar
• 20 – Almonds (sliced)
• 4 – Oranges
• 1/2 tsp – Orange essence.
Method:
- Make the jelly as per the instructions on the packet.
- Peel the oranges. Keep aside few whole peeled segments of the oranges for decoration.
- Break the remaining segments into small pieces.
- When the jelly sets firmly, break up the jelly with the help of a fork.
- Add cream, vanilla ice-cream, orange pieces and orange essence.
- Mix gently.
- Transfer in a big fancy glass bowl.
- Sprinkle icing sugar on it and gently pat with your palm.
- Decorate with whole segments of orange and almonds and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
- Serve chilled.
