Ingredients:

• Potato – 2.
• Curd – 1 cup.
• White pepper Powder – 1 tsp.
• Chopped Coriander leaves – 1 tsp.
• A pinch – of asafoetida.
• Salt – to taste.

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Mix the potatoes with curd, asafoetida, pepper powder and salt.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
