Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Saboodhana
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 tsp – Finely chopped Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – Finely chopped Onion
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Soak the saboodhana in water and for 2 hours.
  2. In the meanwhile boil and mash the potatoes.
  3. Now mix all the other ingredients with the saboodhana and the potatoes.
  4. Make thin vadas of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
