Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup – Sabudana (sago), soak in warm water for 3 hours
• 2 – Medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 1 tbsp – Bread crumbs
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3 tbsp – Roasted Peanuts
• 2 – Green chillies, chopped fine
• Coriander leaves- 1 small bunch, finely chopped
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Make lime sized balls and flatten them a bit.
  3. Deep fry in oil until brown.
  4. Serve with coriander and mint chutney.
