• 1 cup – Ragi flour
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 2 cups – water or more (adjust accordingly)
• Oil for greasing
- Bring water to boil.
- Mix both the flour and salt together.
- Now add the boiled water (water should be hot).
- Make it to soft dough.
- Grease the idiyappam presser with oil.
- Load the idiyappam presser with the dough.
- Gently press on the idly plates and steam cook.
- Serve with coconut milk or any vegetable kurma.
