Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – Ragi flour (roasted)
• 1/4 cup – Rice flour (roasted)
• Salt (a pinch)
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 3 cups – Coconut Milk
• 1 cup – Jaggery syrup
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Heat a cup of water after adding salt and oil.
- Take the ragi flour and rice flour in a large bowl. Gradually add the hot water to it and knead the flour into a stiff dough.
- Make small balls from this dough and keep aside.
- Meanwhile, bring the coconut milk and jaggery syrup to a boil.
- Now, add the rolled balls to the boiling-coconut-milk-jaggery syrup. Put the flame in simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Once the cooked balls starts floating, put off the flame and add the cardamom powder.
- Give a stir. Serve warm.
