Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Ragi rava
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 10 – Almonds
• 4 – Cardamom seeds
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• A few broken Cashew nuts
• Milk as per need
Method:
- Grind the sugar and cardamom seeds together into a fine powder.
- Roast the ragi rava and almonds in a kadai until you get a nice aroma. Put off the stove and let the rava and almonds cool completely.
- Grind this roasted ragi-rava-almonds mixture into a slightly coarse powder. Add the sugar mixture and mix well.
- Heat the ghee and fry the broken cashews until they turn brown. Add the hot ghee and fried cashews to the ragi rava-sugar mixture. Mix everything well.
- Add enough milk to the mixture and make small balls using this mixture. You can also use ghee while making these laddoos.
- Store it in an air-tight box.
