• 1/4 cup – Garlic flakes ( 3 Garlic pods )
• 14 – 15 dried whole Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – salt ( or to taste )
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice or Vinegar or water for grinding
- Grind together chillies and garlic using lemon juice or vinegar or water for grinding.
- In a small pan, heat oil. Add garlic chilli paste.
- Add salt to taste. Cook for 1 minute.
- Cool and serve with Bajra rotis, Kichhri or any other snack.
