Ingredients:
• Mutton – 1/2 kg, cut into 4 cm cubes
• Rajma (kidney beans) – 150 gm
• flour (Maida) – 1 tbsp
• oil – 4 tbsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Onion – 1/2 cup, sliced
• Tomato – 1/2 cup, chopped
• Green chillies – 3, minced
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander leaves to garnish
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak Rajma in water overnight.
- Toss mutton with flour
- Heat oil in a pressure pan.
- Add cumin seeds.
- After a few seconds, add mutton and fry till brown.
- Add onion, tomato, green chillies and salt.
- Drain the Rajma from water and add.
- Add 1 cup of water.
- Pressure cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
