Ingredients:

• 1 cup – raspberries, frozen
• 1/2 cup – cooked Quinoa
• 2 cups – thick yogurt
• Sugar or Honey

Method:

  1. Blend everything together and make a thick smoothie, serve chilled or with ice cubes.
