• 2 large Sweet Potatoes
• ?cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 3 cardamoms, powdered
- Scrub the sweet potatoes well. Grate them with their skin on.
- Heat ghee in a skillet and saute the grated sweet potato in it. When well sauteed, reduce the heat and let it cook.
- After 10-15 minutes and occasionally stirring, the potatoes should be done. Mix in the sugar and cardamom.
- Serve hot as a sweet. With whipped cream this easily becomes a western desert.
