Ingredients:

• 1 cup – semolina (rava)
• 2 – onions, finely chopped
• 2 – green chillies, small and finely chopped
• 1 – ginger, grated
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 1/2 cup – yogurt
• Cilantro (as required)
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry the rava till slightly brown.
  2. Mix the rava, onions, chillies, ginger, cilantro, salt and tomato.
  3. To this mixture, add the yogurt and set it aside for 15-20 mins.
  4. Add just enough water to be able to spread on the tava or non-stick pan like dosas.
  5. Can be served with coconut chutney or cilantro chutney.
