Ingredients:
• Rawa (semolina) – 1/2 cup
• Cashew nut powder – 1/2 cup
• liquid Ghee – 1/2 cup
• Milk – 1/2 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Almond essence few drops
• Saffron a little
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients except essence and saffron. Cook on high for 10-12 minutes, stirring often.
- Add essence and saffron and beat till thick (like Chapatti dough). Spread on a greased surface, cool and cut into pieces
