Ingredients:

• Rava – 1 cup
• Peas- 1/2 cup
• Tomato – 1 finely chopped
• Onion – 1 finely chopped
• Potato – 1 grated
• 1/2 cup – florets of Cauliflower finely chopped
• Water – 1 cup
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Pour water in rava and make a paste.
  2. Now add all the veggies to the rava paste.
  3. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan. Sprinkle some mustard seeds let it crackle.
  5. Now add a ladle of rava batter and spread thin. Cook both sides till done. Repeat with rest of batter.
  6. Serve with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
