Ingredients:
• Rava – 1 cup
• Peas- 1/2 cup
• Tomato – 1 finely chopped
• Onion – 1 finely chopped
• Potato – 1 grated
• 1/2 cup – florets of Cauliflower finely chopped
• Water – 1 cup
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Pour water in rava and make a paste.
- Now add all the veggies to the rava paste.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan. Sprinkle some mustard seeds let it crackle.
- Now add a ladle of rava batter and spread thin. Cook both sides till done. Repeat with rest of batter.
- Serve with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
