Ingredients:
• 1 kg – rava
• 1/2 cup – Coconut (grated)
• 1 tbsp – pepper and Jeera grinded –
• salt
• 1/2 litre – oil
Method:
- Fry the rava in a tawa till light brown.
- Boil 2 litres of water and add the fried rava to the boiled water. Allow it to cook for 30 mins.
- Then mix the salt, pepper and jeera powder and grated coconut. Mix well.
- Heat the 1/2 litre of oil and pipe thenkuzal into the oil and fry.
